AdvaTab® Paracetamol (acetaminophen) ODT
Eurand’s premier orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) formulation of paracetamol (also widely known as acetaminophen) provides this leading analgesic in a convenient ODT dosage form formulated in a range of dosing strengths for pediatrics and adults.
Eurand uses their proprietary Microcaps® taste-masking and AdvaTab® ODT technologies to create an easy-to-swallow dose with excellent taste and no grittiness. Eurand’s ODTs disintegrate in less than 30 seconds and can be taken as needed, with or without water.
This combination of Eurand technologies has been successfully commercialized in products around the world, including Chattem’s Unisom® SleepMelts™ and GSK’s Lamictal® ODT™.
