About EUR-1025
EUR-1025 is a once-a-day oral formulation of ondansetron hydrochloride, an anti-emetic, or agent to prevent nausea and vomiting, sold under the brand name ZOFRAN® by GlaxoSmithKline. This product is being developed using our Diffucaps® technology.
Eurand has successfully demonstrated via pivotal pharmacokinetic studies bioequivalence between EUR-1025 and ondansetron HCl immediate-release product taken twice and three times daily.
Eurand has ongoing discussions with the FDA regarding future development programs for this product.
