In-Licensing Opportunities
We have an active in-licensing program for products, technologies and compounds. As part of our strategy to further the development of our product pipeline, we seek to enter into licensing arrangements with companies and academic institutions.
Examples of our in-licensing activities include the in-licensing of an orally disintegrating tablet technology from Kyowa Hakko (Japan) and the in-licencing of development stage compounds from the University of Urbino (Italy) and the Universities of Milan and Sassari (Italy).
Our extensive platform of drug formulation technologies can be applied to enable or improve the clinical performance of compounds. Our strategy is to apply these technologies to suitable product candidates in our own product pipeline or that of other companies. We have extensive research and development capabilities located in the US and Europe and can apply these resources to further the development of novel products.
